Maintenance will be available for lockouts Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Call 410-628-7700. There will be no fee associated with this service. There will be a fee on Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays, a $35.00 charge will be added to your account. If the lockout occurs after 8:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m., the resident will need to call a locksmith and be responsible for the fees charged by the locksmith. If the locksmith changes the locks, the resident will need to supply the maintenance department with a key.
